Floor stand
The trumpet can be placed on a floor stand which allows the instrument to be played with any 3 digits. Trumpet stands are available to purchase/hire from OHMI Shop.
Left-handed finger hook
If the left-hand only is used the little finger hook can be move to the left-hand side of the instrument at a low cost.
Pocket Trumpet
This trumpet has the same range as a regular trumpet but is more tightly coiled so the valves are nearer to the mouth, which means that the arms do not have to stretch so far. One example is given in the more info below, but pocket trumpets are readily available in many brass instrument shops. The pocket trumpet can also be connected to the trumpet floor stand for one-handed use or to support the weight where required.
Tuning Slides
More advanced playing can require the use of tuning slides. Various solutions are available for this. Please contact OHMI for more information.
